1,993,528 pounds of product being recalled (mostly) under the Hormel brand

I am always amazed how companies survive these recalls. They must really really make a decent profit .

If they're recalling almost two million pounds, imagine how many pounds of product they make in a year. The food industry doesn't make its money off of high profit margins, they make it off of high overturn. When you're feeding everyone on the planet, there is a LOT of money to be made.
Who the fuck buys ready to eat chicken products.
And I said the same thing when I saw this at work today (I work at a public health place so they send out updates for shit like this)
