My fav? Meatloaf. Put it on a sandwich. Good.

More often than not, when I make meatloaf, it's for the express purpose of having cold meatloaf sandwiches in the coming days.

You're a good man.
Most baked pasta dishes are pretty good the next day, mac and cheese, baked ziti, etc.

Some beef stew
Weirdly enough I've never made meatloaf, apart from ingredients any tips on making it goat?

Not really. Alton browns recipe is simple and decent. It doesn't take 45 minutes for it to reach 155 degrees. More like 1.5 hours.
I generally don't like leftovers that aren't edible cold and/or some form of roast meat desu. Some things heat up fine (lasagne, hearty stews/soups, etc.) but I don't know why some people insist on trying to resurrect shit that doesn't re-heat well.

Put ketchup on top before you bake it. I don't even like ketchup but it's fucking GOAT on meatloaf, I think cooking the ketchup must make it better.
