What does /ck/ think of putting chili on a pizza? I have a lot of leftover chili and yeast so i thought of making dough and bake a 'za

Try and seperate the sauce and the meat, use the sauce as the sauce, dry out the meat a bit (in the oven perhaps) and sprinkle it on top

>use the sauce as the sauce

Nope, you're just a fucking retard.
Nice damage control though, faggot.

It could work. I would puree the chili to use as the sauce. Maybe a cheddar and oaxaca as the cheese and toss on some onions, tomatoes and mexican chorizo for the toppings- even corn might be good. Sprinkle on some chopped cilantro after baking. Got yourself a tex-mex pizza.

Surprised this isn't a specialty pizza yet. Coney dog pizza seems like an obvious one.

A pizza place near me has all the standard stuff but every month they do a new "specialty" pizza. They've done a "chili dog" pizza before with cut-up hot dogs, canned chili, onions, and cheddar. But I've never seen it as a thing that was always on a menu anywhere.
