I concur. To be completely frank I miss the taste of skoal long cut mixed with regular salted. Playing baseball in high school and college we were never allowed to dip on the field so we'd put a pouch of it in the back of our jaw and eat the seeds so our coaches would at least see us doing that.

I just use pre shelled non salted ones and add them to home made bread dough then bake it. Tastes gud.

The salted ones in a shell are nice but the effort required to open the shell isn't worth the small reward to be quite honest familyalam
