Local restaurant of mine which serves unusual meats: kangaroo, rabbit, llama, zebra, crocodile, boar and up until a few years ago shark. (+Seafood)
Choose the meat, noodles or rice, vegetables and then make your own sauce with tons of spices.
Is an all you can eat experience for £22 ($28)

Holy that looks dank.
So they give every customer complete control over the spices? That sounds like a good way for everyone who isn't good at cooking to get a disgusting sauce.

If you overcook it it is yeah. You either need to cook it at high heat very quickly or stew it for hours so it's fork tender. It's fucking delicious though. I eat it at least once a week.

Do they at least offer recommended combinations? I don't go out to eat to decide what spices pair best with kangaroo meat. That's the chef's job.
