What do I use it for ck
when your mother's soup taste like bland dishwasher water you try to save it using this

it can save a bad soup
Anyone who knows what it's made of?

wurtzes
soups.
Works good on fries too as a replacement for salt.
Everything. I throw a pinch in my mashed potatoes, chicken papriksh, stroganoff, stew etc. Anywhere you want a pinch of savoury and salty that won't overpower the other elements. It's a wonderful little product.

I've only ever seen it used in Vietnamese-American recipes

It means something like 'spicy' except it's not spicy. Maybe to a Kraut but not to a normal person.

Fuck, remind me not to eat anything you ever cook.
>>8333549
Well, that's because the meaning of the Anglo "spicy" degraded from complex flavor/containing a lot of spices to simply hot.

Würze means seasoning in German. I presume it made in the same way Worcestershire sauce is made.
Goes really well on a potatosalad, mashed potatoes, whatever needs a salty touch with some extra flavor.

Thanks Adolf

Except that it isn't hot. However, it does taste like shit.

Opinion discarded, amerifat.

Yeah, because your English word "spicy" lost its original meaning.
