You have $50 to spend a week on food. You're 6 foot 3 and need to bulk up but also a broke wage fag. What foods will be worth buying for the week that you can make good meals out of? I know you have to eat crazy calories and hit high macros to gain muscle but just can't afford it right now.

Corn, beans and squash. Google 3 Sisters. Also pork, chicken and eggs. Get a crock pot/electric roaster and a pressure cooker.

Learn to cook in advance. Spices should be your friend. Nothing wrong with various greens. Think meals like a poor ass farmer would eat 150 yrs ago.

Maybe try and save $5-10 each week for a few bulk spices that will last for months.

>At 6'5, 235 I can eat more than a small family of 3 each week.

lemme guess... just bulkan.. right?
>>
>>8337961
How about you give us an idea of the caloric intake you are planning on. Because everybody has a different idea of "bulking". This could range between 2500 to 6000.
>>
>>8334913

>10 lbs of meat a week

Yeah that's a bit overkill. 1 lb of raw chicken cooks to about 100 grams of protein on its own. Good list overall though. OP can probably save some money by cutting out the beef
>>
>>8334913
I'd sub pork butt for the ground beef
other than that, very not bad
>>
>>8334913
>bread loaf 2-3 for 3 dollars
How's life back in the seventies?
