I've got about five of these Arby's Beef N Cheddar sandwiches in the fridge since last night, how many days will they still be good? I certainly can't eat all five today
Furthermore, some thoughts on this sandwich...I'm not liking their signature Arby's sauce much, it comes default on these and I don't like it, they would be better off if they had BBQ sauce shipped to them from some other company
I'd give them 5 days tops. By day 3 the bread gets dry tho.

You know how many cafes and delis make sandwiches on monday for the whole week? They'll be fine if you eat one a day, but obviously the less time you wait the better it will be.

In college I'd get 5-6 of them on a monday and eat 1-2 a day. They'll be fine, just make sure you're heating it thoroughly and the buns don't go bad.
Also, the beef n cheddar does NOT use the standard Arby's sauce, which is tangy and not sweet. The beef n cheddar is topped with "red ranch sauce", which looks like Arby's sauce but is sweeter.

They don't look very big. One for breakfast, 2 for lunch, 2 for dinner. Done.

You're kidding right? It's so processed with preservatives and more that it would probably last weeks in your fridge. Stale, but it wouldn't be contaminated for a while.
