Seriously, you have some good meat there. But you have to mix it with at least 20% pork fat to make it palatable. After that, make whatever ground meat dish you're hungry for.

I would strongly recommend finding a way to incorporate a fruit juice in the recipe, either as a glaze or the base for a stew. The fruit flavor helps to cut through the "game" flavor that a lot of people find unpleasant. Pomegranate works well. Good luck. Also, buy yourself a rifle and a hunting license and get some yourself.
