"Full Meal", anon. Presumably something you'd buy from a restaurant or other vendor. I would take that to mean a dish containing starch, vegetables, and protein that's large enough to keep a working adult full for half a day.

I routinely make really tasty meals with fresh produce and cheap cuts of meat that come out to about 0.30-0.80 USD per serving.....for the life of me, i don't understand how people think food is expensive
