Legit question.
Went from eating garbage fast food, pepperoni pizza rolls, mountain dew to healthy foods like organic baby spinach for breakfast, then black beans for dinner with water all day. My goal is no meat and limited shitty foods. Usually it was cheese pizza once a week, and cheese and garlic crutons with my spinach.
I want to add some cheat meals or snacks, how bad really would the cheese pizza version (hopefully meatless) of Totino's pizza rolls be for you ?

Why bother wasting calories on food that doesn't even taste good?
