Being brazilian I eat black beans on a daily basis. Can't cook for shit tho.

I recommend eating them with rice and ground meat, maybe some steamed cabbage if you're into that.

Melt a bunch of spicy pepper jack cheese on top, tastes great.

I usually just add onion, garlic, serranos, cumin, and cilantro to them. Tastes good. Maybe some lime juice too cause I always have piles of fucking limes.

Nah, it's not like my diet is too different when I'm at my richest. I'll still eat beans and rice, but with veggies and meat also.

I like to make them in to hummus. Throw in a ranch seasoning packet. Super yummy on blanched veggies. If you ARE using a ranch packet, though, make sure you retain some of the cooking liquid as thickeners are included in the seasoning.

Eat them on toast like a birtish person.

Soak them for a hour or two, then fish out of the water and place directly on toast.
