I made eggnog a week ago today and I still have some left. I did cook the egg mixture and it is about 1/5 80 proof rum. Can I drink this or should I pour it out?

Here in Germany we make a similar drink called "Eierlikör". It's made out of raw eggs and contains about 20% alc. Because of the alcohol it's durable for years.
Your eggnogs contains about 1/5 * 80%=16% alc. So I guess it will also be drinkable for weeks.
Just go for it. At that age even if it is bad worse that will happen is you'll have a really satisfying shit.
Just smell it, should be obvious if it's gone bad.

You cooked the egg? Why? That much alcohol kills anything. You can keep it in your fridge for... a WHILE. It might even age well. Try it out and get back to us.

***Correction: It kills anything pathogenic.

I make aged eggnog with shitloads of liquor, sugar, heavy cream and raw egg yolks. I have a two year old jar in the fridge which is delicious. Gets better with age.
