Altough it is not necessary to keep PB in the fridge, PB is best kept in the fridge since it will go rancid slower.

She's smart, just like PB it goes rancid slower. Since I live alone, I keep my bread in the fridge to keep it longer.
PB, bread, brown rice and some nuts oil keep longer when stored in the fridge.

No, she's stupid.

Putting bread in the fridge to keep it from going moldy does accomplish that, but it also makes it go stale faster.

The smart thing to do is freeze half the fucking loaf of bread if you aren't going to eat it fast enough. Or more than half, if you eat a loaf of bread really slowly.

That way, you thaw it, it doesn't go moldy, and it doesn't go stale.

Do people seriously put their bread in the fridge? I always just put it in the freezer and thawed it out when i needed it.
