Depends on activity level, weight, height,age, etc.
Take weight in lbs, multiple by 2/3 and change that to oz (dont convert, just change the value)
Add 12 oz for every 30 minutes of exercise.
Id reccomend converting that to litres after

minimum is 2l per day tho
