That's not bad.

You could also lightly salt and pepper it, and fry it up in some bacon grease. Olive oil is fine as a second option. Frying it in onions cooked until carmelized is even better, and super cheap. Would always suggest using salt/pepper/thyme/cumin.

Run them through the mincer.
Mix then 1:1 with American breakfast sausage.
Heat a little oil on a pan with some trinity.
Add the liver mixture and crumble cook.
Add par-cooked rice and toss to combine.
Add chicken stock to just barely cover.
Allow stock to reduce out/absorb into the rice.
Off the heat and stir in stripped thyme leaves and chopped celery leaves.
Salt, pepper and cayenne powder to taste.

Mix the liver mince 1:1 with minced chicken gizzards and that 1:1 with minced chicken thigh IE 1:1:2 ratio.
Mix with sautéed trinity, salt, pepper and just enough maizena or bread crumbs to hold together.
In a flat baking dish, form into a meatloaf shape. Do not use a loaf pan unless you want more washing up because you'll need the baking dish later anyway.
Bake at 180°C/350°F until cooked through; meanwhile, caramelise some onions in chicken grease then add flour and cook to a shade lighter than peanut butter.
Add chicken stock and whisk, stirring constantly, until flour mixture is dissolved and mixed nicely throughout to make a caramelised onion gravy.
Remove meatloaf from the oven and allow to rest a bit.
Slice the meatloaf and place back into the baking dish.then pour the gravy over top.
Back into the oven until gravy is bubbling; meanwhile, cook up a green veg and a starch to go alongside. I like baconed Brussels sprouts and garlic mash for those roles.
Enjoy your chicken faggot meatloaf. It's the same thing as a regular faggot just made with chicken instead of pork and in meatloaf form instead of balls. It's just as delicious, IMO.

I'm going to make the glorious faggotloaf for the boyfriend while laughing pretty hard. He did say that he wanted to try organ meat, and took to the roasted chicken hearts pretty well.

If anyone wants to roast chicken hearts, just brown the sides in a pan in some butter and thyme, pour into a baking pan with any juices and the butter, add some salt and pepper, and then bake at 400*F until cooked through and tender. The tender part will take a while.
