I need ideas for some kind of cheap party snacks. Thinking of using dinner buns for little sandwiches, or maybe potato wedges and dip.
>take a package of hawaiian rolls and cut in half lengthwise
>melt butter, worcestershire, yellow mustard, minced onions, and poppy seeds over medium heat until melted and the onions have turned translucent
>brush mixture all over the rolls, inside and out
>layer ham and swiss and assemble
>wrap in foil
>bake until melted and sticky
It's good shit

pretty easy and cheap. even better so it looks NOT so cheap, go to the store and get one of those little packages of smokes salmon for like 8 bucks. a tiny little slice of that goes a long way. could make a decent sized tray with some kinda smoked salmon bruchetta
