I don't do this - 'A few bits floating in a watery broth' rubbish. Chopsticks (for me at any rate) are best left to polite company at a restaurant, I don't use them at home, dig in my son.

It's beef, I coated it with cornflour, smoked paprika, and five spice. Fried that before everything else, stirfried the veggies a bit before adding some soy, doubanjiang, shaoxing wine. Took off the heat and added some of my homemade sichuan chilli oil and some sesame paste.
