I have a george foreman and it works well, but I tend to think you should around because it's not anything special so don't a premium for it over another grill press. Also about pressure cookers this is the most up-to-date testing/guide on them:

That said, it shouldn't matter unless you have plans to use it knead double batches of bread dough weekly or more often.
Also protip - Get this aftermarket beater blade with it and it'll automatically scrape the bowl as it mixes so you don't have to stop the machine periodically to spatula down the sides of the bowl:
