Very, very sparingly. I know, 90% if /ck/ had a distinguished palate at the age of 3 or whatever, but for better or worse I was like most kids. That means I had a shitty palate and was very impressionable; salt, grease, sugar and on-package advertising transformed me into a whiny little bitch that would beg my parents to buy me Kids Cuisine, Hungry Man, Marie Calendar, etc. when we went shopping. My parents knew it was terrible in every way and expensive at that, but hey, if the kid wants this as a "treat" every long once in a while, it's his choice.

I grew out of that kind of junk around my teens, though by the end I had replaced microwave dinners for less shitty ready-to-bake frozen lasagna since a couple of years.
