mix 500g yogurt with 2 tablespoons sugar and a pinch of salt, whisk it well,
add 1teaspoon of Sodium bicarbonate mixed with 0.5 teaspoon of lemon juice add
2 glasses of wheat flour whisk everything until lumps are gone.
cook on low heat
flip it only 1 time

I know what you're feeling, OP. I feel it at least twice a week when I actually try to cook. Monday night I made some simple but kick ass shrimp scampi and ate it in a blinding fury of sadness.
