Amazon UK have some pretty decent deals on whisky at the moment.

Trying to decide between picking up Glenfarclas 15 or Laphroaig Quarter Cask. Any other recommendations? I'm willing to go up to ~£30.

For £30 I'd definitely go for the Glenfarclas.

I got a bottle of Glendro 8 last weekend which has an awful finish so I might look into a bourbon this week, probably Elijah Craig 12.

The Laphroaig quarter cask is nice, but I didn't think it was anything special personally. I'm waiting and hoping they knock something off the Lagavulin or Ardbeg.

Blanton's Gold is over 50 bucks more here in Ontario so I'll be okay.
Although out of curiosity how much better is it then regular Blanton's? Ive only had that one and thought it was meh.
