I enjoy it when someone else is making it, but I don't have two ovens anymore. I just steam fresh beans with a bit of red onion and toss with some lemon juice and cracked pepper when I plate it. It lightens up the load, prepares for the dessert calories to come.

The Pioneer Woman's version is my favorite. Gotta keep the French's fried onions on top, though, those are the only redeeming thing about the "original" recipe.
