Ahh. It seems like every brand has its own version. The Cajun Specialty Meats one has cornbread and sausage inside. The Tony Chachere one apparently has some kind of rice and is disgusting.

Cajungrocer has quite a few different stuffings. I've had the crabmeat one, as well. It wasn't bad but I found the seafood flavor to be a bit too distracting.
