I was thinking of the grease mostly. What im trying to say is.. if the burger meat is fairly lean. Or even regular 75 to 25... veggies or not..slice of low fat cheese or none even.. whats so bad about a burger?

As long as you don't eat a burger every goddamn day there's absolutely nothing bad about them. Not everything needs to be stripped of fats and be made from ground up soybeans in order to be healthy.
