what does /ck/ think of sriracha
It's ok. I prefer the chili garlic stuff from the same brand that comes in a plastic jar with a flat lid.

this. it still has arthritis inducing shit in it, but it's the best choice.

It's delicious but not very spicy.

It can make you colorblind if you rub it in your eyes and give you arthritis if you hypodermically inject it into your wrists, scientific fact.

"Spicy" ketchup. Not a terrible condiment, but strangely revered by white people.
>>8285913
I don't like it directly on things, but I really enjoy cooking with it.

Sometimes, good is good, man. Don't let 4chan dictate what is and isn't appropriate.

I like sriracha, it's one of many hot sauces I use on bland foods. I particularly like it on eggs, and rice with a little soy. It's not good on, say, Mexican food tho.
A bowl of pho + sriracha and hoison is simply godly. One of my favorite meals.
Too much garlic but I agree with other anons about the flat green lid. Called sambal olek. Better alternative imo

A fuckload of hidden msg and other chemicals. Make your own if you really like the flavour.

What does /ck/ think? /ck/ thinks it's a meme. I think it's a decent versatile hot sauce that can be used to add flavor to bland foods.
