pro-tip, mix the seasoning in a small bowl and then incorporate that into the boiling water completely before dropping noodles in. If you pour the packet straight in the steam might get inside and clump the seasoning along the sides, making you lose out on a bunch of it.

Instant ramen? Pork. Maruchan has terrible noodles though. Pork on any brand is a solid choice. Mama ramen is my favourite. Real ramen, also pork.
