As someone who lives in Naples I can assure you that than is not an actual pizza and is probably made in an electric oven

Immigrants from Naples in NYC introduced pizza to the US, thing is they didn't have the same equipment to work with, so it's a bit different, but great pizza depending on who made it. Nothing compares to a true Neapolitan pizza, I have some luck at home firing up the oven to 550F and using a cast iron pizza pan, of course using buffalo mozzarella.

Those immigrants built their own or used existing coal- or wood-fired ovens, they didn't just use electric home ovens. Nowadays there are places that ship over entire Neapolitan ovens and rebuild them brick by brick. That's not to say good pizza can't be made at home, of course.
