Have any of you tried Soylent?
I'm thinking about drinking two Soylents a day (800 calories), and a small dinner of something with high protein like tofu, and some greens, and losing weight that way.
I have a habit of stress eating and I think the only way to get rid of it is to have a set diet and to not waver from it. I have the ability for self control - I used to be anorexic even. But I just don't really think about all the food I'm putting into my mouth. This will save me from thinking about it. I'm excited. I have a lot of junk food I have to finish off first though. Maybe I'll donate it to a homeless shelter to get it over with.
Helloooooo?
>should I drink this vile concoction brewed by STEM autists that gives people horrific gastrointestinal problems because I'm too lazy to pay attention to what I eat

Does it really though? I heard the bars people had issues with, but not the drink? It has really good reviews on Amazon.

So the drink is safe then?

That recall was for the food bar which looked like shit anyway.
I buy soylent powder and I'll have it for breakfast when I'm in a rush.
People who have serious nutritional needs or issues may want to find a different product. Soylent is a convenient nutritional supplement, nothing more.

No.
Never had a problem with any powder version, including 1.6. Works on my machine,
