When I eat hard boiled eggs by themselves, I either lightly dip them in a mixture of salt, pepper, and cayenne, or eat them with a salty, vinegary hot sauce like Texas Pete or Louisiana.

>Virgin boy eggs or "tong zi dan" (Chinese: 童子尿煮鸡蛋; pinyin: Tóngzǐ Niào Zhǔ Jīdàn[1]) are a traditional delicacy of Dongyang, Zhejiang, China made by cooking eggs in urine collected from young boys.[2] Every year in early spring time, the urine of prepubescent school boys preferably under 10 years is collected and boiled with eggs and sold for 1.50 yuan,[3] around twice the price of a regular boiled egg.[4] In 2008, Dongyang recognized the eggs as "local intangible cultural heritage."[5]

I've never really found a way to enhance boiled eggs aside from adding them to things like salads. I'll chop a couple boiled eggs and eat them in my tuna fish sandwiches as well.
Personally I prefer to scramble my eggs or make omelets. It makes adding things to my eggs a lot easier. A couple breakfast burritos with peppers, onions, and bacon or sausage cooked in with my eggs is a go-to breakfast for me.

Oh man, a medium-cooked egg where the yolk is gelatinous without running all over the plate is god-tier with some toast. I just wipe up the yolk with my toast and chow down.
