My family rules. We enjoy each others' company, have lots of laughs and the food is always good. I'm just saying that feeling that comes after feasting isn't a feeling I seek out. That I get. But there are lots of folks out there who engage in comfort eating. They eat foods they find comforting when they're anxious, sad or depressed.
