accidentally picked up some sweet mustard. what are you even supposed to do with this stuff? it tastes okay on it's own but the sweet and spicy flavour combo is strange and unusual to me.

Take a pork loin, make a cut along the length of it about 1/3 from the top of the lion and about 2/3 of its width, so that you have a flap, roll it over and do the same with the bottom 1/3, you should have a nice sheet of loin. Fill it with what ever you like, get creative! Roll it up and tie it with kitchen twine. Slather the exterior in mustard and grill it or roast it. Or make some porch chops or chicken this and make a mustard pan sauce.
