No, not really. Anybody with an internet connection can cook though, definitely. Bums on the street can kind of cook, but it's really just reheating. Parts of Asia and Africa can't cook unless they build a fire with their morning wood cereal.

Anyone can cook.. But that doesn't mean that everyone is a good cook...

Yes, anyone *can* cook but they only cook well if they are motivated.

The best motivation is because you are driven by taste. Like in the film, the rat saves some cheese and strawberries to eat together in one bite while the other rats just eat out of date Oreos or something.

I strongly believe a heightened response to taste and textures is just genetic.
