It's not to be healthy... the stupid sushi kiosk at the grocery store near my house only does certain rolls. They won't change up ingredients. So I want to get two, but instead of just eating them together... I'd eat them as a salad? Since I want to mix ingredients.

There are sushi burritos I've heard about too.

Never heard them called sushi bowls but I guess it makes sense. It's just chirashi. I like them. Feels very gluttonous.
