If you keep on continuing to eat beans, lentils, etc. your gut will acclimate to your fibery gassy diet. So keep at it. Maybe lower your protein intake for a little while so you keep the casualties to a minimum

Chamomile tea. Make a proper infusion and buy high-quality tea, not that Sleepy Time shit. Buy dried chamomile if you have a place nearby that sells it. Otherwise a health food store or organic section of the supermarket should have a good brand.

Heat water to boiling, let the water cool for a few minutes. Then steep the tea and COVER IMMEDIATELY after adding the water.

Let steep for 10-12 minutes

Add raw honey if you've got it - it's also good for stomach ailments.

Drink 1-2 cups and you should feel better pretty soon, and 100% the next morning.

Also, chamomile tastes like ass so if you can find a tea that has some passionflower, lavender, or lemon balm mixed in go for that.

I get gas easily, especially trapped gas that hurts like hell. I find the thing that helps the most is a heating pad on my stomach as I lay down curled up on my side
