It's a Double Devon Cream with vanilla bean, mixed with a little heavy cream, and sugar, then over there is the strawberry cream, which is cream, devon cream, and strawberries that is put in a food processor and chopped up a bit. It's also the filling.

It's not really a "cake" either, it's like a cookie type thing.
