Never had pork crackle but the supermarket I go to sells it, is it worth buying?
In terms of general nutrition/rationing, the jerky. In terms of flavor and what I'd mostly likely eat for a snack, cracklins.
I choose both of them.

Yes, it's worth to try it. I like it as a snack once in a while.

But if I had to make OP's stupid choice, it would be jerky all the way.

Don't be so sure about that. If you're a person that assumes all fat is bad, then by all means choose the jerky. But there is often quite a bit of sugar added to jerky. And the pig skin has more protein than you think it does.
Buy a bag of pork crackles and a can of El pato hot tomato sauce, or the closest thing to it.
Also: onions, cilantro, and salt.
Heat the tomato sauce in a skillet until it simmers. Pour in the pork crackles and let it soften a little.
>PRO TIP: It tastes better with a little meaty crunch to it
Garnish with fresh chopped onions and cilantro. Salt to taste..
I haven't bought beef jerky in years, but I buy pork crackle all the time.
There's your answer.
