Hi /ck/
I want to do good Italian pesto and i need your help. I've never done that before. I'm looking for simplest way without using blender because i live in dorm and don't have such things.
Ingredients i already have:
- Grana Padano
- garlic
- extra virgin olive oil
- basil
- salt and pepper
Should i buy some peanuts or maybe almonds will be good?

Parmigiano reggiano and pecorino, not grana padano
