Sandwich of:
Two (2) slices of oven toasted bread
Two (2) fried eggs, sunny side up and yolk retained
Two (2) strips of bacon
One (1) slice of mozzarella melted onto the bread
Some tartar sauce on the slice opposite of the cheese
Was pretty good, for the few ingredients I had laying around. Gotta go shopping.

Eggs fried medium
No toaster so bread fried to golden brown
Some sweet pepper relish
Oatmeal:
Just a packet of instant shit
Couple spoonfuls of almond butter (peanut allergy)

Just some broccoli, bok choy, carrots and chicken roasted. Needed to throw something together late last night.

bacon, fry it up in pot first
Onion, fry it up in bacon fat in pot next
4 carrots, put in first for soft, or add later for firm
3 sticks celery, same as carrots
1 pound peas
1 qt. chicken stock 1 qt. water
salt, pepper
Bring to a boil, then simmer for a couple hours
thicken with flour if desired (I like it thickened)
