My great aunt once boozed the rumcake after it had been cooked because she thought she might have forgotten to do it earlier. The cake was then served to a bunch of Baptists. I hear that was a fun family get-together.

all the time OP, I replace the vanilla in my pecan pie with Malibu Coconut rum. I've also made a baileys irish cream pie and Captain and coke cupcakes. Booze makes cooking fun
Well I prefer to drink while cooking but it works

I once made a jerk chicken clusterfuck with ginger, pineapple, carrots, rice, cilantro, and a shit ton of rum poured over before baking.
Shit was tasty.

My flatmate is 20 years old and hates alcohol. One night I offered to cook for him, and he spotted me splashing a small amount of rice wine into the stir fry.
As he was eating it he said "I'm starting to feel slightly tipsy."
