nothing. i have wine for drinking, which i drink on the way home from the bottle'o and wine for cooking, the latter doesn't fucking matter, it's just going to become more acidic as it spoils, it wont go rancid if its actually got alcohol in it, so just keep reducing the amount you use while adding sugar towards its useful life(about 12 months so calm your fucking tits).

also idk if you're retarded or not but you can put the cork back in which makes it last up to a week in a drinkable state.

(non of this applies to white wine, which is trash anyway and you should just neck yourself)
