From which origin (Africa, South America, or Asia/Oceania) do the best tasting chocolate comes from?
Can anyone here distinguish the way chocolate tastes like based on their origin and input their two cents why they like each?

I'm partial to the St-Domingue chocolate. It's very floral and assertive, so it's great when making chocolate based desserts.
If i want something more neutral (because i want other flavors to shine) I tend to go for Tanzania or Venezuela.
The ones that I am between are Askinosie chocolates coming from Ecuador, Tanzania, Honduras, or Philippines.
I am looking for a sweet yet not overly sweet taste, I also don't want the chocolate to taste bitter. Of these 4 origins, which one would you guys recommend?
Moser Roth at Aldi is amazing. Not the best chocolate I've had but it's so cheap I buy it every time. Also, the chili dark chocolate is amazing.

You mean chocolate or cocoa beans? Because the best chocolate probably comes from Switzerland or Belgium.
