Find a nice little ol' black or southern lady (or a black southern lady for the ultra jackpot) who routinely puts a cake on her head.
Follow her one Sunday morning to this large building with other ladies with cakes on their heads there.
Sit down and listen to some dude scream incoherently into a microphone for forty minutes, then mingle with cake-headed ladies and guys in bad suits.
If not the very day you decide to go, it will happen eventually where the people in this building will be selling or hold a potlock. Invariably, one option will be a fried chicken platter among others such as a meatloaf platter, a 'baked chicken' (IE roast chicken) platter, an oven barbecue ribs platter and a chicken and dumplings platter. Don't bother with anything but the fried chicken, though.

And that's where you get the best fried chicken: 'groid/southern churches.
