Kinda burned it but it's because I par baked the dough before cooking which was a mistake in retrospect.

It was still the best pizza I've ever made.

I dunno I guess it's closest to generic flyover style.

I used a standard pizza dough, parmesan, asiago, and a fuckton of whole milk mozzarella (I'm a full-on fat fuck when it comes to cheese).

The sauce is crushed San Marzano tomatoes with S&P, olive oil, basil, oregano, and garlic.
