I flour dredged some chicken tenderloin the other day and fried them at 375. came out better than I've had previously IMO and I believe that is because the thin crust and high temperature doesn't allow the oil to soak in like in other examples. came out nice and crusty with juicy insides, ate them with tabasco ketchup
