How do I get one outside the United States of 3rd world America?

I just looked them up. Took a few minutes and enduring a few crappy youtube channel videos. Chips are $20 a piece if you look on ebay.

I had the ghost chili flavor, its okay. Not really overly flavorful or spicy even.

You have a pretty high tolerance. I have an Asian level tolerance and these are pretty spicy. Agree on lack of flavor though.

I had a bag of these from Walmart. They were extremely disappointing. I was actually intimidated putting the first chip into my mouth because I thought it was going to be hellish, but it wasn't even as bad as those Habanero Doritos. I was pretty quickly munching them down, even trying to lay them face down on my tongue and rub the seasoning off to get a burn. The spice was there, it was just really underwhelming, very easy to handle.
