What are some good dishes with tofu and meat? Besides mapo tofu.

That packaged deep fried tofu is versatile and tasty as fuck. I'm lucky enough to have a tiny local tofu shop that sells it fresh too. The packaged fried stuff you can get at any Chinese supermarket is good though. There's no fucking around drying it or whatever, you can just slice it and put it in any stir fry.

It's necessary in fried rice and pad thai imo.

Pres water out of firm tofu cut into cubes. Cook and rinse rice noodles. In hot wok cook onion, bell pepper (also carrot and shredded cabbage, both optional). Add tofu when wok is very hot. Add soy sauce and curry powder with noodles and cut the heat.
