What's your hot sauce game like /ck/
Valentina, senpai
Secret motherfucking Aardvark
>>8191906
Literally the middle two. Chili garlic sauce and Cholula.
i usually just put sriracha or yucateco on everything desu
>>8191906
i dont see texas pete....
>>8191976
Came in this thread just to post texas pete
>>8191906
>pickapeppa
What is that shit even for, I bought a bottle and had no idea what to do with it because its taste was so overpowering
sriracha for flavor
mad dog 357 or dave's for heat
>>8191959
i like the yucateco stuff, its green right? nice sauce
>>8191999
I use it in place of A1
good on chicken or steak
>>8191906
If anyone reads this, just know that the Heatonist hot sauce IS good, but it's not 20$ with the shipping cost good. Also the bottle is smaller than you'd think.
Not even that hot, but I do like the show alot and he sent me a letter and told me to make carnitas tacos with it, so I will. Thanks.
>>8191976
Will acquire Texas Pete on next grocery trip.
>>8191906
Just some Tabasco and Sriracha.
>>8191914
so much this
Smuggler's Run Pirate Sauce
>Tomato
>Scotch Bonnet Peppers
>Garlic
>Onion
>Black Pepper
>Vinegar
>Lemon Juice
Get on my level young cucks.
>>8192317
>pirate sauce
I can't take this seriously senpai
Spicy garlic Cholula, Midori Sriracha, and Patak's pepper blends.
>>8193066
>My spice cabinet contains stale, five year old 3/4 shakers of oregano, paprika, and "Italian seasoning"
i keep sriracha and trader joe's habanero hot sauce as my default hot sauces, but i just picked up a bottle of this carolina reaper sauce a week or two ago, and it's awesome. 1 or 2 drops gets the job done and then some
>>8191906
Where's your Crystal, you fucking pleb?
Anything by encona.
They actually taste good, not just of vinegar and chili.
>>8193241
At the store next to Louisiana and Valentina and the rest of the trash
>>8191906
I don't like having more than three open at a time, because once they're open they start losing flavor. My two go-to's are Valentina and Hoy Fong chili garlic. If a third one is open it will be something that caught my eye just to mix shit up - usually something hotter.
>>8193254
i'm all about that west indian original one
i could have sworn i got a bottle of green pepper sauce from them before, though i cant see it on that pic
>>8193327
OP here. I usually don't have this many open at once.
>Pickapeppa caught my eye: basically it's a better A1 sauce
>Tapatio is my go-to
>Bayou was a gift
>Chili garlic is a stir fry staple
>Cholula for eggyweggs
>Fake Frank's for Chicken
>Sriracha is a staple and gets hotter the older it gets
You would not last a day in my town, ese.

Crystal's Hot Sauce master race hot sauce. Prove me wrong. Protip: You can't.
>>8194094
>workaholics meme poster
>Literally eating his own shit
>>8194094
who does this shit
>>8194094
I tried crystal for the first time recently. It's just less hot tabasco, nothing really wrong with it i guess but i dont know why people always rave about it
I've been making my own. Also when I don't want vinegar I use a homemade dried pepper blend.
>control-f "tapatio"
>1 of 1
feels nice to be one of 2 people with good taste
>>8194114
Don't the garlics turn blue?
>>8194116
>water, red peppers, salt, spices, garlic, acetic acid, xanthan gum and sodium benzoate
The secret is the xantham gum and acetic acid (versus actual fermentation)
>>8194122
acetic acid is vinegar u dip
Semi related
My US supermarket just started stocking Nando's peri-peri sauce. I have yet to try it but I'm hoping it lives up to the cheeki meme
Has anyone ever found this stuff for sale in the US?
Top two are really good, on the right I like but is kinda strange, bottom is decent, left is garbage.
For basic mexican hot sauce el yucateco is dope.
>>8194179
I've never seen it on a shelf here in the states, but who cares? Mail-order.
has anyone tried the hot ones hot sauce? seems like the guests are 50/50 on loving it/hating it
3 bottles in the fridge. The only hot sauce you need.
>>8194240
"It looks like a bottle that I put urine samples in."
-some hot ones guest
>>8194094
Crystal isn't hot sauce. It's tangy red water.
>>8194094
Crystal is fine for Louisiana style hot sauce, but not at all good for Mexican or Asian food.
The rest are just copies....
>>8194325
honestly not bad bait, try a lil harder next time tho
>>8194325
>the rest are just copies
No. The rest are just not vinegar with a touch of tabasco.
Just ordered some yucateca chipotle.
>>8194325
Just because something becomes iconic doesn't mean it's good. Cases in point: Budweiser beer, Hershey's chocolate, McDonald's burgers.
>>8194215
Dank sauces anon
Yeah anything that claims to be bacon flavored is usually gross in my experience
>>8194458
I think that in a lot of cases, things turn to shit because they got popular. Mass production, corporations, outsourcing, etc
>>8191906
it has the unfortunate side effect of making every other sauce taste like wheat paste in comparison
>>8194247
came here to post this
Surprisingly, Diablo Tacobell sauce.
>>8194730
That stuff tastes like shit, but I still ask for it every time.
Get on my level faggots.
Bunch of fucking pussies in this thread. Absolutely pathetic.
>>8195396
Sorry I like to taste things and not be sent to the hospital every time I eat
The GOAT
It's a mix sure but this blend is the best hot sauce you've ever had garuenteed.
My favorite was Lousiana Habenero, I bought a few bottles before they discontinued it. Kind of a shame that's over.
>>8194240
its a ridiculously small bottle for the price (18 bucks with shipping and the it's size of a chicken wing) and not very flavorful - just a lot of heat.
>>8191952
this may be two days old but same here bro. my roommate insists on tapatio but he's crazy
>>8194319
That kind of applies to every type of hot sauce. Louisiana style does seem to be the least versatile though
>>8195455
wait wtf.
I didn't know there was different sorts of tobasco.
I've only had the pepper sauce one, which i really like on my eggs.
>>8191906
I've just now discovered the sriracha meme. Loving it although it smells like shit
>>8195861
>tobasco
Retard.
Get on my fucking level
