I wanna make some samosas. Is it ok to buy the filopastry? And how do you prepare them? Deepfry, butter/oil on pan or in oven?

You can just make a thin dough with flour, water, and a few other simple things. Plenty of recipes online. Shit, you can use instant mashed potatoes, frozen peas and carrots for the filling, only thing that takes a little effort is spices.

You can deep fry, pan fry, or an oven. Just do it until golden brown.

They're super easy. Surprised they're not more popular.
