Got me some tahina. Obviously for Hummus. I also found out it works fine in potatosoup and in some homemade bread.
Have /ck/ other suggestions?
Put in in yogurt with a metric shit ton of garlic and some lemon juice for a good schwarma sauce. Or Google Baba Ghanoush.
I prefer tahina by itself. Just add lemon juice, olive oil, salt , pepper and water to achieve the perfect consistency. If you can find amba at a middle eastern grocery store then add a tablespoon of that into the mix and it'll give it a nice kick to it.
